I am available for hospital and birthing center births. The exact terms are contained in our service contract.
As your doula, I am a non-medical trained and certified professional. I will serve as your labor assistant, advocate, and educator.

Initial Consultation
Complimentary
An initial doula consultation is a meeting between a potential client and a doula. We will discuss your needs, birth desires, and expectations for doula support. This meeting will allow you to get to know my approach and style while also giving the me a chance to understand your birthing goals and any concerns you might have. Our meeting also involves a conversation about my experience, services I offer, fees, and availability. You are able to ask questions about how I can best support you throughout your pregnancy and birth journey.
Virtual Support
$0 -1000
Virtual doula support is compassionate care that you can count on—completely individualized to you. I have suggestions for your unique situation, no matter your goals, preferences, or plans.
My virtual doula care packages include monthly private video chats until 36 weeks of pregnancy, then weekly video chats until you give birth. Unlimited emails, texts and phone calls are included.
Virtual doula support includes:
Preparing for your birth
Addressing your concerns and fears
Picking a provider
Building your birth plan and birthing team
Common pregnancy concerns and discomforts
Discussion and sharing of Evidence-based pregnancy and birth resources and information
Recommended reading (and apps and podcasts!) based on your plans and needs
Postpartum planning, recommendations and preparation
Virtual doula and coaching services are an excellent option for birthing families who do not want to work with an in-person doula. Virtual Doula support may also be a good fit if you do not have access to a doula in your area.
Prenatal Support
$0 -750
This package is great for an experienced birthing person, who may need or want assistance with birth planning, but does not desire actual birth support.
Review of comfort measures to utilize during labor, such as breathing techniques, massage, positioning, and relaxation.
Review and demonstration of strategies for your support person to utilize during your birth. To ensure you feel informed and supported in decision-making.
Provision of tools to use to promote emotional reassurance and a calming presence throughout the birthing process.
Perinatal/Full Birth Support
$0-2500
The service includes:
3 prenatal visits. 1 virtual 2 in person.
We develop your birth plan and go over birthing preferences.
Text and phone support after contract signed
On call starting at 36 weeks
Backup Doula
Continuous physical and emotional labor support
Up to two hours of support immediately following birth
Postpartum phone check-in at 24 hours.
In-home postpartum visit 7-10 days to address postpartum concerns and support. It is an opportunity for me to get to bond with you and your baby.
Post Partum Support
$0 -750
Up to two hours of support immediately following birth
Postpartum phone check-in at 24 hours.
In-home postpartum visit 7-10 days to address postpartum concerns and support.
8 hours of in-person and virtual support,

This package is great for experienced birthers who may not need or want assistance with birth planning but would like support during birth..
Services include:
Arrival at the time of your birth(spontaneous or scheduled) or delivery time.
Offer and provide comfort measures during labor, such as breathing techniques, massage, positioning, and relaxation, with consent.
Advocacy for the birthing person's preferences. Help to ensure you feel informed and supported in your decision-making.
Provision of emotional reassurance and a calming presence throughout the birthing process
